Bishop Ciriaco Q. Francisco
Bishop Ciriaco Quintanay Francisco has served the Davao Episcopal Area since his election to the episcopacy in 2012.
he was Re-Elected in the 2016 and he now served the Manila Episcopal Area
He earned his Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary and has a second masters in Educational Administration from the University of the Philippines.
He was assigned in various local churches from 1976-2000 and 2008-2012. He served as superintendent in the North and South Bulacan districts from 2001-2008. He was elected delegate to the 2000 General Conference.
Francisco is a member of the Council of Bishops and the executive committee of the College of Bishops; vice chairperson of the Connectional Table; chairperson of the Standing Committee on Central Conference Matters; and a member of the Commission on a Way Forward. He is also president of the College of Bishops of the Philippines Central Conference.
Francisco and his wife, Restetita Victoria, have three children and three grandchildren.
